For sale by Ouaquaga Fire

One 15' rescue boat, used, soft-sides; complete with motor, oars, anchor, trailer.  The boat has a 30 HP Honda motor which works fine most of the time; on occasion it will lug under load.

We have had the boat serviced by Snake Creek Marine and one of our members who owns a larger boat and the root of the problem has eluded everyone so far. It does run considerably better than it did when we bought it, but it still has a problem or two from time to time.

You may notice in the photos that the boat is not fully inflated; it spends its time in an unheated building next to the fire station and the cold temperatures over the winter have taken some of the 'starch' out of the inflatable sides; it is easily remedied.  The boat will lose some air over time - like two months - but is nothing serious and can easily be pumped back up in under a minute.

If interested, contact Ouaquaga Fire Chief Irv Soden at (607) 655-1468 or ouaquaga52@yahoo.com

Bids will be accepted until May 1st.
